Write it down.
That's the advice I've learned from a lot of people who appear to be high achievers. They all seem to mention the use of a personal Life List.
Since most of us get swept up in the business of everyday living, we should use a Life List as a tool to climb up and above our rote behavioral patterns.
The Life List gives us a declared set of dreams or goals, and posting them in a prominent location will continually remind us to keep the dreams alive.
Plus, the completion of each goal means the Life List author earns the right to check off another dream attained by hard work, dedication, and focus.
The check-off ceremony ought to be puncuated with a small celebration with friends so as to inspire and/or receive inspiration to keep working on completing the list.
